Rob is a professional photographer based in Perth who has been working, for over 27 years, as a staff photographer at the Seven West Media Group which included the West Australian newspaper group.
During the first 15 years concentrating on news, sports and business covering events such as Cyclone Vance, turmoil in East Timor, AFL football, Rally Australia and various bands including ACDC and Kiss.
In 1999 Rob received the Daily News Centenary Prize (informally known as the Gold Award or the WA Journalist of the Year) along with Photographic Prize for his involvement in the search for Robert Boguicki lost in the Great Sandy Desert for 43 days.
In 2000 Rob moved his focus to the area of fashion, food and portraits becoming the West Weekend Magazine staff photographer. Rob makes regular trips to Sydney to photograph fashion shoots and to cover events such as the Australian Fashion Week and the David Jones Winter and Summer launches. Rob has worked with international models such as Megan Gale, Miranda Kerr, Jennifer Hawkins, Jess Hart, Ruby Rose, Jessica Gomes, Samantha Harris to name a few.
